Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, log in to your account at https://account.shopnovatrendz.com and go to your Orders. If you checked out with a phone number only, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care/beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges Return the item first; once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

🇪🇺 European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, starting from the delivery of the last item on your order, for any reason and without providing any justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the 14-day period expires by logging in to your account at https://account.shopnovatrendz.com and submitting a return or cancellation request through your Orders. If you checked out with a phone number only, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.

Your item must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping costs for EU withdrawals are the responsibility of the customer.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at novatrendzofficial8532@gmail.com
